Our Founders

Jason began his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 10, selling his family's homegrown Valencia oranges to a nearby breakfast diner in his hometown of Escondido, California. Since then, his career has encompassed diverse fields, including athletic training during his undergraduate years at UCLA, software development, and ultimately founding and leading a govtech SaaS software company through multiple successful exits. Across all domains, Jason has maintained an unwavering passion for solving problems. His current focus is on leveraging technology to address everyday challenges, whether simple or complex.
Prior to founding Packed House Pictures, Jason most recently served as the Chief Strategy Officer for Rock Solid Technologies, a leading CRM and civic engagement platform that connects citizens with local government services. Rock Solid, headquartered in Austin, Texas, and serving more than 700 public sector customers across Latin America, the Caribbean, and North America, was acquired by Granicus in October 2022. Jason joined the company in April 2019 after the merger of Rock Solid with CitySourced, a company he founded and led for nearly a decade.
Jason has been fortunate to work in the technology industry since 1997, collaborating with clients such as Microsoft, MySpace, Transamerica, Universal, and Disney. His company, CitySourced, officially launched at TechCrunch50 in 2009, marking a significant milestone in his career.
Currently residing in Austin, Texas, Jason enjoys traveling, fishing, and contributing to other startups and companies.
